The OCD Treatment Clinic

Why specialised OCD treatment matters

Many therapists receive limited OCD training, leaving you stuck in endless sessions with minimal results. Our focused, evidence-based approach cuts through the guesswork, letting you see real improvements in as few as six to eight sessions.

Generic therapy is ineffective

Research shows that generic counseling and many other therapeutic methods often fall short in effectively treating OCD. Instead, exposure (EX) and response prevention (RP) stands out as the gold-standard approach—so that’s exactly what we use. With this evidence-based method at the core of our practice, you receive treatment that’s proven to work.

Professionals who get it

OCD can manifest in many different 'sub-types' that can change over time. We know from experience that people with OCD may feel shameful, anxious, and worried about disclosing the nature of their obsessions. We are OCD experts who are passionate about working exclusively with OCD. We can offer you a highly confidential, supportive, compassionate, and safe space to discuss your concerns.

Faster results for less money

Because many therapists receive limited training in OCD, you could spend months in therapy with little progress. While some professionals eventually find the right approach, the time and money invested often far exceed what a specialist would cost. Our focused, evidence-based treatment can help you see meaningful progress in as little as six to eight sessions, saving you time, money and frustration.

Services - We help you break the cycle of OCD—your way

From expert diagnosis to group therapy or one-on-one sessions, our evidence-based treatments are designed to meet your needs and support lasting change.

  • Assessment & Diagnosis (£249 - 90 minutes).
Not sure if you have OCD? This one-off virtual session for UK-based clients determines whether you meet clinical criteria. If diagnosed, we’ll provide an official letter from a registered clinical psychologist to confirm this and discuss your next steps. If you are not given a diagnosis, we’ll offer recommendations and let you know what we think is going on instead. In some cases, we may still be able to offer you support, even if you do not have OCD.

Already have a diagnosis from a mental health professional? You can skip this service.

  • Group Based Treatment (£399 - 12 week programme).
Join a small group of up to 12 people in our weekly online, two-hour sessions led by a clinical psychologist. This isn’t just a support group—it’s an exposure and response prevention (ERP) treatment group. You’ll benefit from lower treatment costs, a supportive community, and tailored groups for specific ages (child, adolescent, or adult-focused groups). We have groups starting in May and August 2025, if you wish to join one of our groups, please email: craig@ocdtreatment.co.uk

Only those who can evidence a formal diagnosis of OCD can join.

  • Individual 1:1 Treatment (£120 - 50 minute session).
We offer tailored Zoom sessions with a registered clinical psychologist for UK-based clients. This person-centred approach is ideal if you have severe OCD, co-occurring conditions (e.g., ADHD, substance misuse, eating disorders, or learning disabilities), or have tried treatment before without success.
